Our design and building management services will accommodate your needs, whatever the scope or stage of your project. As with other Marquis offerings, our interior services begin with an in-person or virtual consultation. We are happy to work with either residential or commercial spaces. Before we begin managing your project, we prepare an interior design drawing package, which includes all the relevant details required for a general contractor to produce a quote. The drawing package includes partition and millwork reference plans, a reflected ceiling plan (i.e., a lighting plan), finishes plan, elevations, millwork details, schedules, and any other notes required to build or renovate your space.
